Established law firm needs 2800-3500/SF office space for May 1 occupancy. Space to consist of 200/SF Reception/Adm Area, 8-10 person Conference Room, 6 or 7 offices, Break Room & small file room. Possibly would move earlier if they find the right space. Will consider space in CBD south to 71st Street, between Riverside & Yale.
