Ideally looking for stand-alone 10,000 +/- sqft building for single tenant. Building would need to have, or have the ability to be upgraded to, an ESFR sprinkler system. Clear height would need to be a minimum of 22′ with at least one grade-level OH door. Minimal office need around 800-1000 sqft.
If a multi tenant building, there would need to be at least a 3 hour fire wall in place, or have installed prior to occupancy.
