Investor will consider single or multi-tenant property with good management scale. They have experience and comfort with value-add, provided there’s a good story, the deal is financeable and makes sense. Client wants a look at all qualified off-market and on-market deals. They and I, will sign an NDA for off-market deals or pocket listings, are able to pay my fee and yours for the right deal and can respond quickly.
