Ideal facility has a rail spur or waterway access via an inland port for barge shipments. However, all industrial facilities will be considered that are suitable for manufacturing.

Basic needs are OH cranes of 5 to 10 tons, heavy electric capable of 4,000 to 5,000 KVA and multiple drive-in doors are a must-have.
