For larger requirements we have office spaces that we can design and build out to your clients specifications. Modern, efficient space in a historic building located in the heart of the financial district with floor plates that can range as large as 32,000 square feet. Our rates can start as low as $14.50 and from there will adjust to reflect tenant specific deal terms, tenant improvements and lease term. You know the routine. Don't forget that there are no split commissions at our properties. You get 100 percent of the commissions.
