Client seeking a industrial facility 6,000 – 8,000 sf, preferable with an office/shop ratio of 40/60 split (mostly open offices). Fully climate controlled. Need 1-2 grade-level doors. Preferably fenced. Parking for at least 15 vehicles. Need immediate highway access. Desired location would be I-235 between Kilpatrick Turnpike and I-40.
