I am working with a repeat client who is seeking off-market or lightly marketed, assisted living/senior housing assets in Oklahoma and surrounding states for acquisition.
My client and I are agreeable to signing a confidentiality agreement or supplemental to protect the broker who brings the deal.
Deal size range $2,000,000 to $20,000,000.
