–An ideal scenario would be to take over a former (closing down or downsizing) church building of any age, size, style or condition. However, other viable scenarios will be considered.

–Building should be able to seat no less than 400 in an auditorium setting and have plenty of room for kids and youth areas. Ample parking is important.
