1031 Exchange Need

Experienced, local investor is seeking income producing CRE between $300,000 and $1,200,000 to satisfy upcoming 1031 exchange.

Investor will consider single or multi-tenant property with good management scale. They have experience and comfort with value-add, provided there’s a good story, the deal is financeable and makes sense. Client wants a look at all qualified off-market and on-market deals. They and I, will sign an NDA for off-market deals or pocket listings, are able to pay my fee and yours for the right deal and can respond quickly.

The need is intentionally broad to not filter out opportunities that could be interesting. If you have something, please respond with high level details for consideration.
