I have a long-time client that wants to purchase a 10,000 square foot office building.
They would occupy 5,000 square feet of the building and lease out the remaining 5,000 sf.
If existing tenants are already in place, that would be a bonus as long as 5,000 square feet is available for their occupancy in 2018.
