All letters of intent and expressions of interest to purchase the Property should include, at a minimum:
- Proposed Purchase Price,
- Deposit(s),
- Due Diligence period
- Closing Period
- Any contingencies
Please also include any additional information that would convey clarity relative to the overall purchase proposal.
We anticipate receiving all letters of intent and expressions of interest to purchase the Property no later than
5:00 pm (CST), Friday, February 14, 2014.
