I have a client seeking a 10,000 – 15,000 S/F building to purchase in Tulsa to use for an employee training center. They would prefer something that has arterial frontage and located in Central, South, to Southeast Tulsa. They are able to locate in office or commercially zoned districts, and could be creative on adapting potential properties to their use, and would look at larger buildings, as well. They would like to be close to or even behind large big box stores such as Walmart, Hobby Lobby or retail strip center as that does not bother them. They build a Class B living center experience. Probably in the $4-5/ft price range.
