Client need for purchase 20,000-40,000SF warehouse with some office or ability for up to 4,000SF. Need drive in and dock high, drive in must have ability for a moving van to drive in. Need 20′ warehouse ceilings or higher. Perimeters are south of 61st Street and will consider surrounding areas such as Bixby, Broken Arrow, Jenks, Sand Springs, Owasso.
