I’m working with a 1031 trade buyer looking for a couple 3 – 5 acre sites in the Tulsa and Oklahoma City MSA’s for self storage development.
Ideally the property will be currently zoned for this use.
The target pricing is $2/sf – $5/sf. This is a past client with extensive experience in developing within this asset class.
Protection will be given to off-market opportunities.
