Oklahoma CCIM Chapter President, Brian Hunt welcomes Alex Snoddy, OKC, Snoddy Properties; William Rosatti, OKC/Dallas, JAH Realty; Jeremy Foraker, OKC, Foraker Company; & John Austin, OKC, JAA Holdings as Oklahoma’s newest CCIM Designees, along with Brad Waken, Regional Vice President.
CHICAGO – CCIM Institute’s newest 210 designees were honored by CCIM Institute and their local chapter members during a pinning ceremony on October 10, 2018 during CCIM Institute’s Global Conference and Governance Meetings in Chicago, IL.
The CCIM designation is considered the most rigorous commercial real estate professional designation to obtain due to extensive coursework and experience. To earn the prestigious CCIM designation, commercial real estate professionals must complete more than 160 hours of case-study driven education covering topics such as interest-based negotiation, financial analysis, market analysis, user decision analysis, investment analysis, and ethics for commercial investment real estate. Candidates must also compile a portfolio demonstrating the depth of their commercial real estate experience and pass a comprehensive examination.
A special welcome reception held for both candidates and CCIM designees. “It was a wonderful opportunity to meet the candidates,” says 2018 CCIM Institute President Dave P. Wilson, CCIM. “Existing CCIM designees were able to encourage candidates not only with their upcoming exam but to also to get involved with their local chapters as well as nationally.”
The CCIM designation is a distinct advantage that is exclusive to an estimated 6 percent of industry professionals. For those who are members of this elite group, there is no better way to establish the credibility and expertise you bring to every transaction than to promote yourself as a CCIM designee.
CCIM Institute is a global community of 13,000 members, more than 50 chapters, and 30 countries that educates and connects the world’s leading experts in investment strategy, financial analysis, and market analysis. For more information.
