I have a client seeking to purchase an office/warehouse in the Tulsa area in the 10,000 S/F range. They require 3 Phase electric, overhead door(s), dock-high a plus (not necessary), minimal office, and somewhat flexible on location. They are a highly qualified entity looking to act in a timely manner, and would consider a short term lease with the option to purchase.
