Investment Property Need

I am working with a couple of groups;  two seeking investment property and one developer.

Please find the criteria below and let me know if you have something which might fit.

Investment Property Criteria #1

• Tulsa, Broken Arrow, Coweta, Jenks and Sand Springs
• Deal size – $500,000 to $1.5m
• Retail
• Will consider value-add, but prefer Class A or B

Investment Property Criteria #2

• All of Oklahoma or north Texas, comfortable with secondary and tertiary markets
• Deal size – $500,000 to $3m
• Retail, Industrial

Developer Criteria

• Infill big box or industrial buildings (40,000 sf +) with arterial frontage in the Tulsa or Oklahoma City MSA
• Infill development sites 1 acre – 5 acres
