- #40 Lot Minimum
- Price Between 400K to 1.5M
- Double Digit Cap. Rate
- Low Occupancy Acceptable
- Looking Nationwide
- Good Management in Place Ideal
- Seller Financing not Required but Preferred
- Property in a Developing Market Desired
