Client is seeking approximately 2,000- 3,000 SF industrial warehouse space in Tulsa, Bixby or Broken Arrow for existing storm shelter company expanding into the Tulsa market. Will consider up to 4,000 sf, if space has retail showroom and frontage on a main arterial. Would like to tour Wednesday and Thursday of this week. ( April 9 & 10 )
