I have a client seeking space to lease for an office consisting of approximately 2,500 – 3,500 S/F with generally an open floor plan. The ideal setup consists of 2 – 3 private offices, kitchenette, telecom/server room, access to both men’s and women’s restrooms, as well as, an open area large enough to facilitate 16+/- cubicles that are roughly 6′ X 6.’ Ideal location parameters are from 21st Street, South to 71st Street, Peoria to Memorial.
