Client needs November 1 occupancy for 2500-3500/SF mid-town Tulsa office space. Must be located north of I-44 and south of 15th Street and west of Yale. Needs 250/SF reception room, (2) 200/SF offices, (1) 225/SF office, 12 person conference room, 150/SF breakroom, 350/SF open space for workstations and 280/SF storage room. Would consider sublease.
