We have a national truck parts company client seeking 2 industrial facility locations for East Tulsa and West Tulsa with following requirements:
– East Tulsa: Along or near I-244/Admiral from Sheridan to 193rd E. Ave. (immediate priority)
– West Tulsa: Along or near I-244 Southwest Boulevard/US 75/I 44 Triangle
– 12,000 – 15,000 +/- Building Size need with Showroom, Offices and Warehouse
– 1/2 to 1 acre additional land/yard area preferred
– Freestanding Preferred
– Arterial or highway frontage required
– Lease, Purchase or BTS; long term lease provided
