Client requires 1500-2000/SF space for lease in Tulsa CBD, Brady, Blue Dome, East Village. Needs (2) large executive offices, coffee bar with the balance of the space open for workstations. Prefers space with brick walls and/or open ceilings. Would consider other locations if space meets criteria. July or August occupancy.
