Have a financially strong primary care medical client in the need of 2,000-2,500sf medical space. First floor (not mandatory), signage, abundant parking, ADA compliant. Medical build out would need to include 4 exam rooms, 1 or 2 ADA bathrooms, breakroom & lab, all with sinks. In addition, a nurses station, small waiting room, storage & physicians’ office.
