Must have minimum 5 acres to 15 acres or ability to acquire additional land near site. Must have 20,000 to 30,000 SF. Price range preferred $1M to $2M. Prefer 20′ clear heights and taller. Must have large overhead drive in door minimum 14′ in height. Prefers existing cranes, but will consider a manufacturing building without cranes. Needs to park 30 large trucks and trailers. Will consider 15 miles radius around Tulsa.
