Need To Purchase Showroom Warehouse Facility in SE Tulsa

I have a client that is looking to purchase a showroom/warehouse facility in Southeast Tulsa, preferably in the Highway 169 Corridor, and will look at locations from 41st Street and South.  They need roughly 30,000+/- S/F in a building that is fully climate controlled with at least one overhead door, dock access and arterial frontage.  Please forward any potential possibilities accordingly.
