Client needs to purchase 20,000-40,000/SF office/showroom/warehouse in Tulsa or Broken Arrow. Must be located south of I-244. Requirements are 20% office/showroom, 20′ clear height in warehouse, drive-in doors for box trucks. Please send information including brochures, layouts, pricing, etc. as soon as possible. Client will be in town for tour on 3-19.
