Kansas City, MO, April 25, 2012– OKLAHOMA CCIM Chapter has recognized three new chapter members who recently earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation from the CCIM Institute, one of the leading commercial real estate associations in the world.
141 real estate professionals received the CCIM designation at the Kansas City Midyear Business meeting on April 25, 2012. Out of those elite professionals, Oklahoma Chapter of CCIM proudly welcomes the three Oklahoma CCIM designees:
William Beichler, CCIM, Grubb & Ellis Levy Beffort, Tulsa, Oklahoma
James McCoy, CCIM, McCoy Properties, Tulsa, Oklahoma
Derek Bateman, CCIM, Trinity Corporate Real Estate Advisors, Tulsa, Oklahoma.
The new designees were among the commercial real estate professionals who passed the CCIM Comprehensive Examination, the final component in the designation process. Only about 6% of the estimated 150,000 commercial real estate practitioners nationwide hold the CCIM designation, which reflects not only the caliber of the program, but why it is one of the most coveted and respected designations in the industry.
