The Oklahoma Chapter of CCIM would like to congratulate Michael L. Galiga, Esq, CCIM, with the As One Group, on his completion of the CCIM Designation in San Diego, CA. Michael completed the CCIM curriculum by submitting his transaction portfolio of experience and completing his comprehensive examination at the Annual Governance Meeting.
To earn the prestigious CCIM designation, commercial real estate professionals must complete more than 160 hours of case-study driven education covering topics such as interest-based negotiation, financial analysis, market analysis, user decision analysis, investment analysis, and ethics for commercial investment real estate. Candidates must also compile a portfolio demonstrating the depth of their commercial real estate experience and pass a comprehensive examination.
CCIM’s newest designees were honored by the CCIM Institute and their local chapter members during a pinning ceremony and cocktail reception on October 15, 2019, during the CCIM Institute Annual Governance Meetings at the Manchester Hyatt in San Diego, California.
