Brian Frere is assisting a well established and experienced, out-of-state multi-family development company seeking 10-15 acres of build-ready multi-family land in the Tulsa area. They highly prefer to be in high-traffic, established areas (not afraid to build right next to existing competition), but are not opposed to looking at other areas as well. They prefer build-ready land with sufficient utility and infrastructure in place. Client will be in town Wednesday, November 3rd for a tour of properties.
