Need 6000 – 7000 S/F of office space in Southeast Tulsa or Broken Arrow to lease. Desired location is 71st Street or South, and from Harvard, East to 145th East Avenue. Layout needs to have 6-7 private offices, 2 conference rooms, otherwise generally open floor plan (private restrooms a plus). Client also might consider purchasing a larger building in the 10,000 -12,000 S/F range. Looking to occupy in the first quarter of 2013.
