I have a client entering the Tulsa market seeking to purchase sites for fast food dining. They prefer high traffic and visibility locations in growth areas. Their site requirements range from approximately 30,000 – 45,000 S/F, or would purchase existing buildings in the 2,000 – 3,000 S/F range with drive-thru window capabilities.
