Established business client prefers 1st floor office space lease in east or south Tulsa or Broken Arrow in highly visible and easily accessible location. 10 offices, storage, break room, must have very large conference room for weekly meetings. Conference to accommodate 30-40 people. Must have parking for 50 cars, however most days parking need is 30 to 35 cars. Prefers quality A and B buildings only.
